What is the commission structure for subscription box sales?
  • For monthly subscription box plans, you earn a flat $20.00 commission when the customer stays subscribed and remits payment for two consecutive months. Commissions are paid up to 60 days after the initial date of purchase.
  • For pre-paid subscription box plans, you earn a flat $20.00 commission, and commissions are paid up to 30 days after the date of purchase of a prepay plan.
  • For items purchased from the shop, a 10% commission is earned, and commissions are paid up to 30 days after the date of purchase.
How will I receive my commissions?

Currently, My Healthy Life Box only ships within the continental United States, and all commissions are stated and paid out in US dollars. However, we do not limit affiliates based on where they live.
