You’ll hear about all those people that have had these amazing practices, and you don’t see anything or your mind goes chaotic, and you feel like a failure. And so that’s what the welcome audio is for, I share with you more about meditation, its benefits, purpose of it, and how to get started.

Here’s a few of the highlights I like to share when I teach a meditation class.
The intention of meditation is to calm your nervous system, not to stress you out because you think you’re not doing it right. So let go of your expectations of how good or how poorly you’re going to do it.
Meditation is like yoga or any other sport. It takes practice to quiet your mind and clear space. Grant yourself the time and space as your body explores what it feels like to calm your nervous system and to settle in.


Remember meditation is a practice – to give yourself grace. The more you meditate the better you’ll get… and even when you get the hang of it there might be days and weeks where you struggle again. Keep practicing, keep meditating but change what your practice looks like. Stay dedicated to your time and you’ll build strong meditation muscles.
