Rose Quartz has guided me along the path to healing.

My Personal Connection with Rose Quartz
In my own life, Rose Quartz plays a variety of roles. I keep a piece of it on my desk, serving as a constant reminder to stay true and honest with my heart in all my work endeavors. It encourages me to lead with love and compassion, even in the most challenging situations.
I also carry a piece of Rose Quartz in my bra every day, affectionately calling it my “heart guardian.” Its essence helps me maintain an open heart, offer compassion to those I meet, and protect my heart from the darkness that sometimes surrounds us. For days when I need an extra boost of love, I wear a special Rose Quartz pendant given to me by my niece. It’s my go-to charm for those moments when I need a little extra “umph” of loving energy. Plus I have an assortment of crystal bracelets I love to wear. Of course, there’s a few Rose Quartz ones in my collection.

The first room I ever started gridding was my bedroom, I think we forget how much time we spend there because most of it we spend asleep.
